IT Support Apprentice

We’re looking for our next IT Support Apprentice to work alongside our experienced engineers to provide first line IT support whilst building skills in trouble-shooting, networking and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and logging IT support requests
Basic troubleshooting
Prepare and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices
Support the setup of printers, phones and peripherals
Escalate complex IT issues
Keep detailed notes in the ticketing system
Learn and follow IT procedures, security policies and best practices.
Requirements:
A genuine interest in IT and technology
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Basic understanding of MS Windows and O365
English and maths GCSEs
Driving licence
