Central Cab Care and Cyber Essentials

Central Cab Care is one of the leading taxi credit hire companies in the UK. Their professional, friendly and multi-lingual team take a proactive approach to delivering high quality customer service, ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the claims process. They have been using Hubtel IT’s services for over 15 years. 

As one of our oldest clients, Hubtel IT are really proud to support Central Cab Care for all things telephony and IT. We have supported them since the early days of traditional telephony and now migrated them to a hosted telephone system that is more efficient, cost effective and easier to support. Tweaks to their system can also be done remotely, making for quicker response times.  

On the IT front, we have worked with Central Cab Care to review their internal IT Policies to determine whether they were up-to-date and met compliancy requirements. Where required, we collaborated with their HR Manager to make any necessary updates.  

Central Cab Care became Cyber Essentials accredited in 2003 in response to the increasing compliance requirements within the insurance industry. Hubtel IT handled the entire process, from auditing and documenting their IT controls, to submission to the verify body and then proudly sending them their Cyber Essentials certificate.
